Although many find any type of “-ism” to be detrimental to one’s health, I have decided that I’m perfectly fine remaining an addict.
My health addiction has led me to be well studied and practiced on all kind of wellness regimes.
I work too much and sleep to little...but I LOVE it!

  9. Staying in your pj’s all day long.

  11. Pancakes for dinner.
  12. Old people holding hands.
  13. Laughing so hard you cry.
  14. Belly buttons.
  15. Little black dresses.
  16. Movie marathon Sunday’s.
  17. Hot cocoa with marshmallows.
  18. Cleaning the lint trap out of the dryer. 
  19. Tide pens.
  20. Morning nooky.
  21. Breakfast in bed.
  22. Catching snowflakes on your tongue.
  23. Quoting movies.
  24. Making new friends.
  25. Singing in public even if you can’t sing.

I’m jelly! I was in Tahoe in September at a conference for work. We had a 3 hour break, so a co-worker and I decided to take a trail run. It was amazing!

This is the face of one happy girl! scored this cute dress at H&M for $15 it’s Friday 1 more week left of work—yes I will be sad to leave this AMAZING company, but can’t wait to make my dreams come true! Exceeded my sales from last year! $180,000.00 in sales in 2 months…too bad I don’t get commission!  I’ll be a Floridian in 1.5 weeks Get to spend the entire day with my mom, sister and oma tomorrow!  Did I mention today is Friday? :) Finally back crossfitting again! 2 months off is way to long! Note to self, NO MORE INJURIES! Happy Friday Everyone!!!! Can you tell I’m in a REALLY good mood???

Praying for a miracle

It has been 5 weeks of no crossfitting (tear)(lots of tears) Muscle relaxers and pain meds are just not doing it. Started laser therapy on my torn oblique muscle yesterday—fingers crossed that I heal quick! I am taking the level 1 cert next week! Butterflies in the stomach and head is mush from all the studying!
