The Crippled wod isn’t an actual wod…I made it up because I chipped a bone in my wrist and have inflammation in my joints doing cleans on Friday. I’m beyond depressed that I can’t do anything which involves my wrist…which is A LOT!!!

buy out 500m row 7:20RX - Fastest girl time the whole day! This triumph felt great because I have been feeling like I have been not performing my best. I also received a PR on my backsquat yesterday…175lbs! Only up 5lbs, but hey, 5lbs is 5lbs.

Rope climbs definitely need some work. Getting to the top is fine…getting down is a whole other story. I took some tips from my coach, but ended up going down like a firefighter going down the pole for a fire. Luckily no rope burns!
