5.14.2012 Crippled WOD
The Crippled wod isn’t an actual wod…I made it up because I chipped a bone in my wrist and have inflammation in my joints doing cleans on Friday. I’m beyond depressed that I can’t do anything which involves my wrist…which is A LOT!!!

Rope climbs definitely need some work. Getting to the top is fine…getting down is a whole other story. I took some tips from my coach, but ended up going down like a firefighter going down the pole for a fire. Luckily no rope burns!

Fran - embarrassed! There was a ton of running outside in the wod (I have a double ear infection & my doc told me not to be outside in the damp weather) so I decided I would get a good workout by doing Fran and work on my deadlifts after. I couldn’t believe how long Fran took me! 11:14! I don’t know if I just wasn’t feeling it because of my ear infections, but seriously?!...

Fit as F*CK Primal Challenge
Saturday was the start of our “Fit as F*CK Primal Challenge” I was determined to PR in 3 areas that have been troubling me. And I did!!!
Deadlift - 185lb
Strict Shoulder Press - 85lb
Backsquat - 155lb
I’m really hoping by the end of this challenge I will see some more PR’s!
