Bleh! This killed me! After being sick for 3 days with this horrendous flu I decided to go to Crossfit. I thought it was a great idea at the time…yeah not so much. I felt horrible after the WOD and feel horrible again today : (

This one was a fun one. It took a few people to understand to take the whole minute to do the snatches because other wise you would do you snatches in 15-20 secs and by the time you got to the row machine you only had 30 secs to row.

The second wod killed me! I busted open both hands and every toe to bar stung! I have my hands bandaged up at work because getting a paper cut on an open wound doesn’t sound like a whole lot of fun. So this means everyone at work gets to make fun of me.
