No clue what my time was…this wod kicked my A** I love woding with this girl…there are some things that she dominates that I don’t and vice versa. Great inspiration.

05.9.12 WOD - Chocolate Kale

13 Min Amrap - 4 rds. +10 burpees RX

  • 1 Rope Climb
  • 10 KB Swings
  • 15 Burpees

Rope climbs definitely need some work. Getting to the top is fine…getting down is a whole other story. I took some tips from my coach, but ended up going down like a firefighter going down the pole for a fire. Luckily no rope burns! 

Annd….I totally rocked my bright blue leopard spandex - I figure why not express my personality with a ton of color!
