Rope climbs definitely need some work. Getting to the top is fine…getting down is a whole other story. I took some tips from my coach, but ended up going down like a firefighter going down the pole for a fire. Luckily no rope burns!
Annd….I totally rocked my bright blue leopard spandex - I figure why not express my personality with a ton of color!
